Over the past few days, international media has been all over a pictorial that came out in Vogue that featured a young beautiful model, wearing sexy clothing and in suggestive poses… you might ask yourself what the issue is as this appears to be the norm. Well what has got everyone up in arms is that this particular model, Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau, is but 10 years old!!!  Organisations around the globe that work to protect child rights and specialists is the area of mental health as well as many other have been manifesting their outrage and debating the impact that such pictures could have on the public, more specifically on young women and the models themselves. From my point of view, I look at the question in a broader sense… What is the impact on all young women in general but additionally on adult women and men?
